New Year, New Goals!

As the new year begins, we often find ourselves thinking of new beginnings and achievements we would like to meet. Prior to the new year, our entire team did a deep dive into what’s truly important for us to achieve as a team. We came up with an extensive list of goals and achievements that we felt were important, and although we won’t go into them all, here are a couple that you can expect to see and hear more about in 2022.

As you may know, last year we took a huge leap and decided to expand our team. This year, we want to take that even further; we will be working towards an entire re-brand of Thoma-Holec Design, and you can expect to see a new logo, brand colors, and website later this year. But don’t worry; our expertise, capabilities, and dedication to design will always remain the same.

In addition to our re-brand initiatives, we are also expanding our evidence-based design research to further assist our clients in creating communities that are 100% backed by research. We have set up an internal process that will ease the accessibility to this knowledge and make our design process even smoother. But most importantly, as designers, backed by evidence-based research, we can become strong advocates for the residents of the communities we design.

Although the industry continues to evolve, our evidence-based knowledge proves certain things should stay the same. For us, it’s our dedication to integrity, creativity, and passion for making a difference for residents of senior living communities and the visionaries who create communities for them to enjoy meaningful, fulfilling lives.

“I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.  I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.’” -MLK
